Exceptional Service – We Couldn't Recommend Helen and Shane More Highly! Shane and Helen's knowledge, professionalism and dedication were faultless throughout every stage of selling our home. They were always prompt to respond, incredibly supportive and an absolute wealth of knowledge. They went above and beyond, even helping us choose paint colours and carpet to best present our home for sale. Living regionally meant we couldn't always be there in person, but Shane and Helen never let this become an issue. From keeping an eye on the property to helping with little things like collecting mail and putting the bins out, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their willingness to help made the entire process so much easier and gave us complete peace of mind. What also sets them apart is their genuine connection to Helena Valley. Their lived experience and extensive local knowledge were invaluable, and their personalised approach made us feel we were in the very best hands. We honestly couldn't recommend Shane and Helen more highly. They are not only exceptional real estate agents but genuinely lovely people who care about their clients. Excellent communication and service
