I found Soha to be a very sincere and credible person who knows his business and is highly respected. We received excellent service and we are very happy with the outcome of our property sale.
Soha Soheili
Soha is not pushy, is honest in his market valuations, is always on hand, returns calls quickly, does what he says he is going to do, doesn't play games, works for the vendor, has a sense of humour, is a very decent person and a pleasure to deal with.

Soha is an engaging punctual modest professional and we are so happy to have chosen him and his gorgeous wife Sherry to sell our beautiful home. They made us feel comfortable through the sales process and assured us they would get the price we wanted in the current market. We can truly say they understood our needs and are very savvy real estate people. We would highly advise any one thinking of selling to use this couple after all they are achieving sales and street records throughout the Bella Vista and Castle Hill suburbs. Richard & Carole

We would like to take this opportunity to provide feedback on Soha Soheili of Harcourts, Castle Hill, NSW 2154, after the successful sale of our property in Bella Vista NSW 2153. Our dealings with Soha from day one through to settlement left us feeling we were in very capable hands. Soha demonstrated an unusual attention to detail and didn't leave a stone unturned, from both vendor and purchaser perspectives. As a result of Soha's advice, marketing approach and subsequent negotiation strategy, we were able to realise a sale at an excellent price on day one of the open home campaign (less than one week after the home was initially marketed!). In addition to this Soha had a number of prospective purchasers ready to make an offer should the initial sale fall through. We have no hesitation in recommending Soha to anyone who is serious about marketing their home and at the same time expecting top professional service at a very competitive price. Thanks again Soha - it was a great result for us!

Thank you for the “best” selling experience ever. We bought over twelve properties in the last 20 years and have never had an experience like this. Soha and Sherry Soheili are an amazing sales team. We are still amazed by their professionalism and delivering on their promises. Soha & Sherry are a great asset to Harcourts Castle Hill. We will and have already recommended them to friends.
