The Eddy team provided professional and efficient service throughout the entire purchase process. In particular, Troy was responsive, clear in his communication, and supportive at every stage. We appreciated the team’s efforts in helping us secure the property we were looking for.

I know a few agents in the area, but none stood out as much as Matt. I gave him the toughest block on the Northern Beaches to sell, one with several obstacles to overcome. He navigated every challenge effortlessly, even hiring a boat on a Sunday morning to take a client to view the waterfront property when the road was inaccessible. Couldn’t recommend Matty enough!

Chris was a wonderful agent to buy through. He was able to guide us through purchasing our new home and fill two nervous first time buyers with confidence.

Harry is a brilliant agent. Excellent communication throughout the process making us feel at ease the entire time. When the heat was on Harry rose to the occasion and got the deal done. The team at North agency behind Harry all worked really hard to bring the campaign together in a very short time. The team support was also without fault and it was a seamless experience.

Kris is just as warm and friendly in person, as he is on the phone or online. No stress working with him and his colleague Harry. They made us feel comfortable in our means and provided excellent advice and care for our requirements. I look forward to moving and am excited on what we have purchased. These guys are not shy and sharing pros and cons of places we viewed and not your typical sales peeps. I would highly recommend "North" to my family and friends!

Kris has great communication, was transparent and reliable throughout the whole process. Went that extra mile when going through final stages of a purchase through offer.

Chris performed well on a difficult sale and kept turning up week after week running leads to the grounds instead of just saying drop your price. Turned out to be a good sale in the end with competitive tension.

From my very first conversation with Kris, I felt that he had my best interests in mind. He listened to my needs and concerns, and offered advice based on his knowledge and experience. His advice was invaluable, given this was my first experience at selling a property. He listened, and at no time did I feel pressured to sell my property, until the time was right for me. He was patient and his conduct professional at all times. I would highly recommend Kris as an agent if you are searching for someone who is a clear communicator, upfront and honest, and puts your concerns as top priority.

My husband and I had a very positive experience selling our property with the North Agency and our agents Harry and Kris did an exceptional job. Harry and Kris at all times were honest, professional and provided excellent advice throughout the sales process. With very good market knowledge and a desire to get the best outcome possible for us, we were confident throughout and extremely happy with the results. I happily recommend Harry and the rest of the team.
