We started using Tiana after a bigger company left our property untenanted for 30 days. Tiana maintained consistent communication with us about the status of applications and took a proactive approach in finding us tenants. We got our property rented within two weeks of handing over the keys to Tiana!! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent or manage their property.
The Walmsley Group
The Walmsley Group have been managing my property for around 6 months and the difference between them and my previous agency is astounding. I live a good distance from the property and I've now got someone who is actively looking after it, I'm told immediately when work is required and repairs are carried out quickly. They are firm but fair with tenants, inspections are done on time and they don't let anything slide. They know the rental market and suggested a good increase on the rent when it came up for lease and there were no problems finding a tenant at the new price. My other agent had told me that it wouldn't rent at a higher price. Great job by the Walmsley Group and no regrets changing to them.

The Walmsley Group
We love Tiana's modern approach with her out of the box thinking and focus on what she can offer clients as value add's. She is savvy, great with communication, attentive to our needs and passionate. This is our first investment property and we feel very comfortable in Tiana's hands. She was able to have a tenant in our property within two weeks of settlement which saved us money, plus she got us a great rental price. As 'newbies' it was so great to have Tiana holding our hand advising us what we needed to get done.
The Walmsley Group
Tiana offers a great property management service. Issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently, property inspections are conducted thoroughly and inspection reports contain numerous photographs. Property statements are issued regularly and Tiana's reporting system is second to non, allowing you to recover all financial activity from the net at any time. Most importantly Tiana works for you, the Landlord. She'll always go into bat against tenants where some other agents like to take the easy way out... Thoroughly recommended!

Tiana has been managing my property for quite a while. She is always available on the phone. She constantly replies to emails and is proactive. She also rented my property out for $40 more per week than I was previously getting for the property. I could not recommend Tiana highly enough.
The Walmsley Group
I have had over 10 property managers over the time that I have had my investment property. Tiana is in a class of her own. I regularly speak to her after hours on the phone. She has come out on weekends when there have been issues that needed attending to. She always is contactable and she genuinely cares about what is happening with the property. I highly recommend her as a property manager
