We had our Brisbane investment property managed by two other significantly sized real-estate agencies and had constantly felt let down in terms on their availability to address any issues or managing tenants expectations to the point where the tenants started to reach out to us directly to get more traction in having their concerns addressed, to the point where our tenants decided to break the lease and move elsewhere. The property had not been marketed well enough to achieve market rates even and I was being advised to drop the rental rate much below if I need to secure a tenant. It was only after a few months that we had been contacted by Tiana and offered her services to manage our investment property for us. At first we were a bit sceptical given her rates were slightly higher than what big agencies were charging us but we were also equally swayed by the tenacity Tiana had displayed in our conversations. We decided to get Tiana to manage our property for us and given it had been vacant for a few months, there were some immediate fixes it needed to bring to market tenancy. Tiana, then outshined any property manager I’ve ever known given we have 2 other investment properties and real estate agencies looking after them in NSW.Tiana was not only able to accurately identify the issues but get the right trades for the job at the right price too, we were ecstatic in how she had managed the fixes for investment property and when it was ready to be listed in the market, she was spot-on in the pricing and promised that if we went with the market rates she can secure a tenant within a week nevertheless she suggested we go a bit higher as we can always bring it down should it not get many applications and Tiana again surprised us by a few applications at the higher rate and all within the first week. We cannot thank Tiana for all the sensational efforts she has consistently driven since our initial conversations.
