Tiana and her staff are very professional and I have the highest regard to their work ethic They dont just place tennants whom are not suitable just to get “some one” in She does what she says and follows through to completion with an accurate update which is beyond most property managers I have dealt with I would be happy to refer anyone in the Brisbane/Ipswich regions as a reliable property manager. We had a string of poor managers prior to Tiana which was very disappointing. Now I feel very much at ease and I am confident my property is well taken care of.

The Walmsley Group have been managing my property for around 6 months and the difference between them and my previous agency is astounding. I live a good distance from the property and I've now got someone who is actively looking after it, I'm told immediately when work is required and repairs are carried out quickly. They are firm but fair with tenants, inspections are done on time and they don't let anything slide. They know the rental market and suggested a good increase on the rent when it came up for lease and there were no problems finding a tenant at the new price. My other agent had told me that it wouldn't rent at a higher price. Great job by the Walmsley Group and no regrets changing to them.
