Excellent, Professional, Great Results
Tiana and her staff are very professional and I have the highest regard to their work ethic They dont just place tennants whom are not suitable just to get “some one” in She does what she says and follows through to completion with an accurate update which is beyond most property managers I have dealt with I would be happy to refer anyone in the Brisbane/Ipswich regions as a reliable property manager. We had a string of poor managers prior to Tiana which was very disappointing. Now I feel very much at ease and I am confident my property is well taken care of.

Great Agency
Tiana is always on top of matters as they arise with our rental. She negotiated a significantly increased price when negotiating a new lease. She takes care of her customers.

An agent you can completely trust
Tiana is a god send. We were looking to invest in Toowoomba but had no real knowledge of the area... or what type of property to look at. So many agents just used the line ‘anywhere is good’ but Tiana took the time to talk about all of the suburbs and opportunities for growth that she matched to our investment goals. Now that we’ve bought our place we feel like our investment is the perfect option for us but it is also in the best hands for management with an agent that goes above and beyond and is only ever a call away. If you’re looking to invest or for a property manager that makes you feel completely at ease even when you live interstate, do yourselves a fave and connect with Tiana. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic Agency
The Wamsley Group have been fantastic to work with since moving over to their agency. Tiana and her team are very attentive and always one step ahead. Tiana has made the process of renting out my property and managing it very seamless. Would strongly recommend giving these guys a call if you need a property manager who is up to the task and no hidden fees etc. very honest and has made great suggestions to improve the property to gain a higher rental return. It has been a great experience working with the Wamsley Group.
