After selling our Windaroo property we gave Scott the harder task in selling an investment property at Eden's Landing. Firstly we had a tenant in place that simply didn't want to co-operate on any level. We decided the only way forward was to release them from their lease to give him a very good go at. Scott made sure the property was left in a good condition and then liaised with the gardener to keep it tidy. Bad luck for us that the hot water system blew up after going un-conditional, however we did put a new one in straight away and again he over saw this to be done.
