Great local agent!

Outstanding follow through
We had been thinking of selling for some time and because of our past relationship with Scott he would always be the agent that we chose. Scott worked very hard for us in the preparation of our property as we are no longer owner occupiers. Nothing was too much trouble for Scott including meeting trades people, arranging carpet cleaning then the final job a hand, finding the right buyer. We had multiple offers on the first open home and we are more than happy with the outcome. We would recommend Scott to anyone as we believe in his ability and you will be assured of great service.

Extremely good to deal with
We bought our property through Scott and the entire process was fantastic. Although there were delays and changes in the process that were outside of Scott's control, he managed them extremely well and kept all parties informed. At no time did I feel Scott was unapproachable or working only for the seller, Scott's professionalism in ensuring the best result for all parties concerned is why I would use him again and highly recommend him to any other potential buyer or seller. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Scott and I look forward to doing so again when we look at future properties.

Fantastic agent!!
Linda took us through our first home buying experience, and we could not be happier with her! From the moment we met her, she was very down to earth, easy to talk to - and honest. That was what I loved about her most, as some of the previous agents we had met were unfortunately a bit dodge... Linda never pushed anything - she took a lot of time out to show my partner and I through multiple homes, she was patient and always kept us up to date with everything we needed for a smooth transition. Also - we found she had a world of knowledge over every aspect of home renovations (she sounded like a pretty keen renovator herself!)- so picking her brains over renovation costs and what-not was really helpful and ultimately led us to choosing our first home fast! As a real estate agent - this woman is tops! But honestly - it felt like we were being shown the ropes by a friend more than anything and we are truly grateful for the little things that Linda did to go over and above to make our first home buying experience exceptional and one to remember... Great Agent

An Angent With Knowledge
Scott proved himself, honest, reliable, well spoken and very knowledgeable about the local area and surrounding suburbs. Scott provided good advice and if I choose to buy or sell in the near future Scott would be the 1st agent I will contact. He was polite, always answered and returned phone calls and nothing was too much trouble.
