I felt like Scott was part of our family.
About 4 years ago we purchased our home in Mt Warren, Qld. Scott was the agent for the people whom we bought the house from. At the time we felt how it didn't feel like he was only working for the seller he was working for us as well. He got the best price for them (we just offered them the price that they had put on the house because we loved the property so much). Since then we had kept in contact with Scott, running into him at the grocery store, shopping with his children or seeing him around town, he would always speak, ask us how the house was going, and always stop for a friendly chat. He was that sort of guy. ( I think it would of taken him a while to do his shopping as he I imagine we were not the only people he would stop and talk to.) When we started to consider that we might sell in the future, Scott was the natural person to go to. We already knew what sort of service he would provide. He came and had a talk to us about what he thought would be good ideas when setting up the house for the sale, his advice was much appreciated. We had a few things to finish before putting the house on the market, when it was ready it looked amazing and it was a pleasure to have Scott sell the beautiful house that had been our home for 4 years. I can't imagine that anyone would not like this man. When we put the house on the market we decided that we didn't want to put a price on it and just see what the first open house would bring. We appreciated Scott's advice. He negotiated a great price for us, it was more then we had expected. You can imagine how delighted we were when he came to us with the orders from people. I feel that the people who bought our house would have felt the same way about him as we did. I can honestly say that I felt that he was working for both the buyers and us. There was no difference with the service that he gave us or the service that he gave the buyers. This is remarkable in an industry where there is a lot of tension, competition.
