Meeting Fiona was delightful. She was polite, fast, efficient, hardworking, punctual and thorough. She kept us informed all the way through the sale process. She was careful to arrange inspections of our house with us at suitable times and made sure the potential buyers were respectful of our home. She learnt detailed information about our house, its features and benefits and made excellent suggestions for styling. We could not have been happier.

My parents decided to sell their long time home, so we contacted two realestate agents for their appraisal, one being Tracy Yap. It was an easy decision to engage Tracy to conduct the sale for us. She has been in the area for a long time and knows it well. Her advice was practical and relevant considering the age and type of home it was. She is great to work with, and always kept us informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Tracy if you are selling your property. We were all happy with the process and the outcome. Thanks again.

Joy Hsieh demonstrated a complete professionalism and honesty in discharge of her accountability to achieve an amicable property contract deal. While she held the best interest for the vendor, she respected my need for a downsize property for me. Joy was not only clearly responsive to my ongoing required essential information relevant to the property, but she kept in touch with me to ensure that I had clear-cut understanding of all matters to make a right decision. All the best to you Joy.

We cannot recommend Tracy Yap highly enough Tracy along with her team are very professional in everything they do We found Tracy to be very honest and a very nice person to deal with After interviewing many real estate agents we chose Tracy as she presented a marketing plan based on her years of experience and knowledge of the local area. We were not disappointed. Tracy worked hard, keeping us updated at all times throughout the campaign and delivered everything she promised which resulted in us achieving a very good sales result.

If I have another property, I will definitely give it to Joy to sell again. Because I can't find other agent who is more conscientious, attentive and kindly than her. The whole selling process is not only in place with details (such as beautiful presentation of the house, advertising design, time coordination, etc...), but also patiently follows up with buyers throughout the process to maximize the interests of both buyers and sellers. Truly perfect, hardworking to the last minute, I witnessed all Joy's dedication, she treated my house like her own. I hope that more people can enjoy her service and love.
