Joy uses her multicultural background to advantage. She has a large buyer base, including overseas clients. She is bilingual, which helps greatly due to the demographics of the area.

Joy was a pleasure to deal with. She knew the area, the market, prospective buyers and realistic price expectation. She offers a great network to expand buyers interest. Her advise was invaluable and very much appreciated as we were selling the family home after more that 50 years. Selling can be stressful but I felt very comfortable with Joy and made the whole process easier than anticipated.

We recently enlisted the services of Jo Hsieh from Tracy Yap Realty to sell a property in Carlingford. The market at the time of the sale was a buyers market. Joy was faultless in her approach & she & Danny could not have worked any harder. From listing to the final sale, Joy always kept us informed with sound & balanced advice. She & her team marketed the property very well & in my opinion no body could have got a better price. We would highly recommend using Joy to anyone. Kind Regards Chris Mackertich
