Fiona is an outstanding agent in the Ryde/Eastwood area! We were very happy with the outcome of the auction of our home. She was professional, honest with expectations and had in-depth knowledge of our local area and market sentiment. I have no hesitation in recommending Fiona for any future property sales.

Mina was very friendly, patient, and easy to work with. She consistently reported to us about the apartment told us the requirements for it to be sold. She worked very professionally and knew a lot about the marketing, and so was very helpful with selling the apartment.

We entrusted Daisy Lin of Tracy Yap Realty, Epping, with the sale of my parents' house. Initially choosing an agent can be a daunting exercise. Daisy's professionalism and dedication to her role quickly became evident in the way she frequently communicated with us and ran a successful marketing campaign. We cannot thank her enough for her efforts and the wonderful result at auction. Daisy and her team are highly recommended.

Daisy and the team at Tracy Yap guided us every step of the way in selling our family home - at a price we almost couldn't believe. Nothing was too much trouble, even down to communicating with us and responding to our questions at night-time and on weekends. Their advice about things like pricing and preparing the house for sale was spot-on. Other agents might talk about things like "going on a journey" with us, but Daisy and the team stick to the facts and concentrate on getting the job done. I can't recommend them highly enough.
