First I would like to say, Tracy and her team were very professional, polite and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracy to anyone wanting to sell their home, Tracy and her teams effort to advertise, show and to advise us as to how to present our home the best way to entice people to come and see the property. They continually kept up to date after all viewings, providing how many groups came to the open house, how many were interested and how many requested a contract. If you are thinking of selling you home contact Tracy and her team. Thank you very much Tracy.

We selected Tracy because of her experience, reputation and track record in the area over many years. We think it is crucial to be able to trust an agent when selling your property and we have sold many properties and often had poor experiences with other agents in the past. Everything stacked up with Tracy from our initial meeting and all the way through the sales process. We do our homework and we could not catch Tracy out once! She is across what is going on and was able to answer all of our questions. The market turned on us during the sales process and this is where an experienced agent really is important. Tracy was able to sum up the situation and adapt accordingly and the result we obtained we are confident was the best possible result that could have been hoped for in the current market. It was also a very "no fuss" process which is really just an added but very welcome bonus. Thanks again Tracy.

We are so happy to have Tracy to handle the sale of our home. She has not only given us high level of professional services but also her patient and very honest advices have made us feeling calm and peace especially in this very rough market. She has great insight of the market and is able to give us an accurate estimation on the value of our property. A fair price in the sale is most important in my opinion. We highly recommend Tracy to any property owner thinking of selling especially in this current market situation.
