Fiona and the rest of the team were very nice to deal with. There was a strong emphasis on communication. I was consulted at every step and I agreed to the marketing and sales strategy. I was given regular feedback on the results of open houses and changing market conditions. Fiona and the rest of the team remained positive despite the market dipping. A sale was achieved when I thought it would not happen.
