Fiona ticked all the boxes of the ideal agent I was looking for. Aside from the phenomenal result she achieved for us, as important were the concise strategies and streamline process she took to get us there. Some examples of these were: - Timing of when to put the property on the market. - Whether to market it with or without a tenant. - Where to advertise the property to best reach the target market. - We were promptly informed of the outcome of every open house via sms. - We received a detailed buyer progress report every week. These were important to us as we wanted to be in the position to make a well-informed decision should a buyer submit a qualified offer. From the start to the end Fiona carried out her tasks with utmost professionalism and held her responsibility as our agent at her forefront. An example of this was after every inspection she made sure decorations were brought back under cover from the rain, and turned off the lights after every open house. She also took the extra mile to bring her own front doormat to match the decor; an attention to detail she had which we missed!
