Cae is definitely someone to trust. Cae and Renee were 24/7 selling the property. Exactly what I expected. Couldn't recommend this team highly enough.

Amazing team, superior process!
Oliver has the resources to capitalise on every lead and inquiry as well as the experience to qualify and extract the best sale price. We purchased first and had to sell quickly. Katherine (the team EA) prepared our house for sale within two days, organising repairs, cleaners, gardeners and more. Matt (co-agent) followed every email, call, visit and text in order to secure ten (10!) bidders at auction. To achieve these outcomes requires resources which most agents simply don’t have requiring them to juggle and stretch themselves to the point where qualified buyers slip through the cracks. Oh, and these guys are so pleasant. If ever I was a bother with my calls and questions, I would not have known it! Oliver is so pleasant to deal with that the sale process was almost fun. When selling your biggest asset I recommend selecting Oliver. Highly, highly recommended.

Excellent beyond my expectations
I was more then satisfied with the team from Ray White TRG, Oliver has a way of dealing with people that is sincere and relaxing, I have sold homes before but never been left with the feeling that it was so easy. I would recommend Ray White TGR to any of my friends or family.

Oliver Lavers has been very helpful both with the sale of our house and with purchase of our new home. Kathryn, who works with Oliver has been remarkable post exchange of contracts. We have had difficulty gaining access to the new property to measure up and she has gone over and above in an attempt to allow us to gain access in a difficult situation. Oliver and his wonderful, caring and hardworking team from TRG offered outstanding service from beginning to end. Every request asked of Oliver, Gavin and Kathryn was met with an almost immediate solution which made the whole process smoothe, efficient and as painless as possible in order to get our house sold. Oliver as an agent deserves high praise. He was exceptionally respectful, friendly, organised, patient and extremely professional and at the same time made us feel like we were working with a friend. He came to every meeting and inspection with a smile and positive attitude, which was very reassuring and made us feel incredibly comfortable. He was at all times an absolute delight to work with!!
