Very professional team. Not only met but exceeded expectations
My first experience with Oliver and Gavin. Their team, including office staff, offered an exceptional service from the initial valuation to the preparation and marketing of the home. At the time of negotiation their communication and advice was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional
Oliver was excellent, very professional, easy to approach and available 24/7. I like the way their office (The Rubinstein Group) is so organised and how everything is planned out, they don't miss a thing and provide a full service, from house cleaning, rubbish removal, stylist etc if you need it. Can highly recommend and we are happy that we picked Oliver and his team.

Above and beyond all expectations
After we moved to QLD with less than 32hrs notice before the borders shut, Oliver and Kathryn had the complicated task of getting our belongings shipped up, our property ready and styled for sale and putting it on the market. They exceeded all expectations and their communication was outstanding. We loved the passion and heart with which they tackled the project, and never once did we feel like we were just another client being churned through the system. They understood the heart of our home and how important it was for us to sell it to someone who would love it as much as we did... And to top it off, Oliver achieved a record price for our area with our house! Well done and thank you, Oliver & Kathryn.

Excellent agent
Oliver was professional and hard working. He kept us informed through the entire process and made us feel comfortable throughout. Outstanding service and result

A special type of agent

Professional, Diligent and Hard Working
