Couldn't be more helpful
April and Jo from UC IT Realty were fabulous in helping us find our new home in Coomera Waters. They allowed us to take the necessary time when viewing properties, only showed us homes that met our specific criteria and answered all of our “dumb” questions. We faced major challenges in finding a home on the Gold Coast as most of background research was conducted from interstate and only flying up to view the properties that April had matched to our needs and wants. We found April to be very friendly and professional and have no hesitation in recommending her and her team.

Great agent
As buyers, we were not strictly the customer however, we felt that April & the ladies were there for us as required. Their service was extremely friendly but professional and also offering good advice to help the process go smoothly. Don’t bother looking anywhere else
If It’s a sale you’re after choose April first. We had our home on with another agent for almost a year before making the break. Within one week it was sold. April was professional, personable and communicated with us the whole step of the way. Very happy with the outcome and thankful to April.

Great Agent, local knowledge led to quick sale!

Fantastic Agent

Amazing results
Having bought and sold many properties over the years, we knew how important having the right agent was when selling. April's boundless enthusiasm and determination impressed us from the start. April doesn't knock off at 5pm and take Sunday's off - she lives and breathes Coomera Waters property and it shows in the results she achieves. Within four days of listing, April brought us our first written offer and we were under contract within 11 days for a new record for the dry side of our street! We were ecstatic with the result April was able to achieve for us! The whole process, from listing to settlement was easy and stress free. If we were still in Coomera Waters, we would use April again without hesitation.
