This is the second time we used April. We kept the faith and she didn’t let us down. April’s knowledge of the Coomera Waters market is excellent. She didn’t inflate her estimated sale price to get the listing. Her estimate was evidenced based supported by recent sales and close to our own analysis. We sold in four weeks with a sale price very near to the estimate. Her communication style and integrity is superb. Always kept up to date with honest feedback, emails and phone calls. We have bought and sold a lot of houses in New Zealand and Australia and have experienced a lot of agents. I can honestly say April is the best we have used.
