After placing our Home in Coomera Waters for sale with a Well known Paradise Point Realtor, we found that after 4 Months we had had very limited interest in our home and not one offer. From the moment we contacted April, it was easy... She understood very quickly our requirements, and arranged quickly several properties for us to view. She was always there when we had questions, and answers were forthcoming almost immediately, which was great as we were under some time pressure. After finding the house that we wanted and after 2 more visits to to property to check on some specific items, an offer was made, and accepted in a short timeframe. Buying & Moving houses is stressful enough, April and the girls helped in every way possible.
