We used another agent for 3 mths before going with April. That agent did not give us all that was promised in the marketing contract, ignored several of my emails during that time, and tried to pressure me into accepting offers I was not happy with. Dealing with April on the other hand was an absolutely satisfying experience that could not be faulted. Plus a sale was achieved in 4 weeks (3rd open inspection)! I loved the well written and detailed description of the property and photos. Also on the 2nd viewing of my property by the buyer, she took them for a tour of the rec club. She works above and beyond and really cares.

Although we didn't actually meet April to purchase our block of land, all interactions over the phone were very positive. April is a local & provided me with lots of personal advice about the area. This was greatly appreciated as we are from Brisbane and have purchased in an area we know little about, however we knew we wanted to live canal front. April also provided solid advice about selling our current property although she's not the agent. We feel confident about our purchase & appreciate the ease of purchase. We are however still waiting on our celebratory bottle of bubbles that we've got with our other property sales & purchases;-) Very cheeky, I know....
