The purchase of our new home at CW was really easy and everything went very smoothly, we found April to be very friendly, well informed, happy & professional with any questions regarding our purchase. Although we have purchased many properties over the last 20 years, on settlement of each and everyone of these properties we have always received a bottle of champagne and/or a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the agent and company, as a thank you. We were very surprised on handover day, we only received a tiny box of three chocolates.

She is also very professional when dealing with buyers and demonstrates a duty of care towards interested parties (like us) by keeping us regularly informed of progress. We were unable to purchase until we had sold our home and many agents would have discarded us on that basis. Not April!!
