After signing the Sales Authority, that agent relentlessly talked the property down which resulted in losing all faith in her ability to achieve the price and subsequently we changed agents to engage the services of John. We found John approachable, down to earth and most importantly, turned any negative comments about the property into positive attributes. John was able to negotiate the successful buyers to a price we were happy with and took only 1 week to accomplish this. After selecting US Realestate to access our home in anticipation to sell John Lewis arrived fully prepared with a full understanding of the area & market place. Once he presented his proposal, we decided to allow US Realestate to sell our home, anticipating it could take a few weeks. I didn't give John Lewis any indication of what my expectations were. Our home was listed on the Thursday and had its first (and only) open house on the Saturday. It was sold by Sunday night exceeding my my expectations and those of anything in the area (I would say it's a record price for the area) So if your selling your house, US Realestate is the only agent (in my experience) that works for you and not just for the sale (commission). Us Realestate will get you the best possible result for your home.

This is the second time we have had John Lewis from Us real estate sell our family home. The first time our house sold with in 2 days for a price that exceeded our expectations. We didnt think twice to get him over to sell our next home two years later, which was Another great result that we were happy with.
