Our Piece of Paradise
Would recommend Troy over anyone else. He was always there to help us through the purchasing process, answer any questions we had and offer advice, nothing was too much trouble for him. We absolutely love the property he introduced to us and look forward to many years of pleasure that we will get from it. We can't thank him enough. Looking forward to the good times Frazer & Kel.

Exceptional!!
My family and I have chosen to buy and sell our properties through Troy and the team for a number of years now. With the recent sale of my Grandfather’s home, we had an excepted offer in less than three days. There is not a lot more to say, first choice every time!!

Commendable!
We were very impressed with Michael's knowledge and helpful attitude during our recent property search in the Wauchope area. He made himself available when we wanted to view properties at short notice and was very generous with his time as we inspected various farms. His local knowledge was invaluable, as we are moving to that area from Sydney. He was courteous, efficient, professional and friendly at all times and we have no hesitation in recommending him.

The easiest agent
Having bought and/or sold some dozen properties in Sydney and Port Macquarie, I found that the purchase of this house was the easiest and most relaxed I have experienced. Troy is a complete professional, but his relaxed and easy-going manner made the process of buying very comfortable. No rising pressure or dire warnings that if I didn't buy right now, I would not get the house. His knowledge of the locality was impressive, as was his knack of finding little things to do that reduced the stress. level. I recommend him totally.

Service & Follow-up Support
Colleen and I can not fault the service and support provided by Troy and his team. During our time searching for the right property for us, we had cause to deal with several different agencies and at times we felt that we were more of an inconvenience to an agent rather than a potential buyer. However, when we contacted Troy asking to view a property of his, he immediately made us feel that we were important to him and his agency, he sought our thoughts and opininions about our choices and immediately set up a time to view. Trot met us at the property, and provided us his in depthbothknowledge of the particular property and Wauchope in general and once we confirmed our desire to make an offer, he made immediate contact with the vendor and facilitated the eventual acceptance of our final offer. From this point Troy maintained close contact with us, coordinated building inspections and further vendor communication, provided us further access to re-view the property and take measurements and even after Contract Exchange, Troy has (and continues) to maintain contact and support with any aspects of our new property choice. We can honesty state that in the short time we have known Troy, he has become someone that we would be proud to recommend to others and also, to call and maintain him as a good friend.
