Was with Max Comben Group who sold to Xceed. Was very happy with the Property Managers that I have had with Max who always did an excellent job looking after my property. Since being with Xceed the same Manager still looks after my needs. TK is an excellent Manager. The reporting has changed a little but so far all seems OK. My tennant has just changed and Xceed's Leasing Consultant has quickly found a new tennant.

Market knowledge was good, communication not so good. I had Bella as my selling agent and was under the impression that she would also be the agent looking after the property. It is also not very transparent that gst is not included in all the quoted prices, this almost made go with another company. I only spoke to the actual rental agent a month into the tenancy but so far Adrienne seems fine.
