It has been an absolute pleasure working with Xceed thus far. We have secured a property and currently renting with them. The process from inspection to move in has been seamless. The property managers (Courtenay and Rochelle) are very professional and friendly, and have gone out of their way to accommodate us on multiple occasions. Communication has also been great. Thank you Xceed team!

Happy with agent and property. Easy to deal with and the whole process was quick and simple. Having it all done online makes it much easier now.

I am new to the property, to take up residence by the 21st. I haven't spent much time with the property agency to be able to fully review their performance. But what I've seen in the short time I have interacted with Xceed Realestate , I've found the experience very helpful, and their response to myself, to be quick, efficient and professional.
