I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the real estate agency and the agent who assisted me in finding my rental home. From the moment I attended the inspection, I knew I was in good hands. During the process, I shared my concerns about lacking references due to living with relatives. My agent, understanding my worries, provided invaluable support and guidance. They suggested writing a compelling cover letter to showcase my genuine interest and suitability for the property. Their thoughtful advice and encouragement empowered me to present myself in the best possible light. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to secure the rental home I had my heart set on. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service and understanding shown by my agent. Their dedication to ensuring a positive experience truly made all the difference. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me find my new home.” Adding this personal touch highlights the agent’s empathy and willingness to assist you in overcoming obstacles during the rental process.

New tenant with Xceed, and communication from them has been slow at best. No urgency even when my move into the property was potentially affected by a lift outage. Also received two sets of keys and the security fobs were/are both held together with electrical tape. Not a good look.

Xceed personnel have been so helpful to me and my family since moving from NSW, we struggled to find accommodation in Perth but Xceed came through and helped us from the beginning of the house inspection until we signed the lease and finally moved in.
