I had a good experience with Xceed real estate and was grateful for giving me a rental at Tuart hill. However, I had to withdraw the application for some reasons after paying all the bonds and rent. So, it took a lot of time to receive my bond back and still there is $218 left to be refunded. Therefore I would be grateful if you could do that faster as it’s almost a month now.
