Extremely quick and professional process, we were kept updated at all stages and the handover went as smooth as possible. Would be happy to rent through them again and again if we ever need to find a new place.

The communication was fast and efficient, we were given the opportunity to ask questions but didn't need to because all the information was provided. The online process was simple and easy to follow, moving in is all we need to do now. Thanks Team Exceed!

We had a really great experience with Xceed Real Estate. Being our first time dealing with Xceed and renting out property while living interstate, we were a bit nervous & lost. But Kristie-Lee, our contact at Xceed guided us through the whole process from the start and made us feel comfortable. Kristie-Lee is a thorough professional and helped us find a suitable tenant within 3weeks. Then we were introduced to the team, Rochelle & Jasmine who are equally professional and always ready to help. Way to go team @ Xceed Real Estate.

Having sold our existing property and looking for a longer-term rental while undertaking improvements to another property I was very impressed with the respect, courtesy and professionalism displayed by everyone in the Xceed team, especially Kristie-Lee as my first point of ocntact. I had not had as positive experience during other rental applications with other agencies, so this was a very welcome change. Our rental agent Taryn has also been amazing to deal with in assisting with finalising our lease and has ensured that everything has been sorted. Greatly appreciated. Rod

Shannon is the Property Manager for my unit, and she has been nothing less than excellent, assuring and prompt, throughout my rental process. I have since settled into my new rental unit, and it would not have been possible without her facilitating the process. Thanks Shannon!
