I am currently based overseas which made it challenging for me to organize and prepare the house for lease. Xceed made the process extremely easy, they were highly responsive and helped in every way possible to get the house ready. They pushed to get the house on the market. They had a high level of knowledge in the area and their estimated rate was exactly what was achieved.
