The agent has lack of knowledge of what furniture was included in the rent due to the fact that there was no proper handover from the previous agent. the agent also wanted to skip viewing the amenities of the apartment because she was busy. I really think that agents must care more about these viewing and take their job more seriously , I was really disappointed.

I viewed this property online on Monday 28 August 2023. I then viewed the property on Tuesday 29 August 2023 and expressed my interest in renting the property. I received an email from Xceed on Wednesday 30 August 2023 to which an application link was attached. I completed the application and was advised on Thursday 31 August 2023 that my application was successful. After paying the deposit I moved into the property on Monday 4 September 2023.
