As we had never sold a house on the Australian market before we needed an agent who would guide us through all the potential pitfalls. When we contacted Chris he was open and up front about his rates, which were cheaper than the others we contacted. From his first visit he predicted accurately the price we could expect to achieve, and the time scale for the sale. His advice to us always reflected a knowledge of local factors, not least the number of properties also on the market in the area. Chris arranged a superb portfolio, negotiated visiting times with out obliging tenant, and liaised with both our letting agent and lawyers. The lawyers were very impressed with his manner and approach. When the house went on the market, Chris advised of the outcomes for each open house, and offers. He advised us of all options when considering when to agree a sale, or explore the market further. When we came to arrange exchange of contracts, Chris handled all the minutiae of inspections and necessary conditions for sale. We did not have to lift a finger.
