We put our family home of 18 years on the market and David was very easy to deal with. He was very attentive and responsive and he sold our house in about a month. Thanks to both David & his wonderful offsider, Ange. I would and have recommended them to others. Jo

we were very happy how quickly and effectively David helped us sell our late mothers house Thankyou on doing a great service for us.

Having David Hams work with me to sell my property was an extremely easy and stress free process. The knowledge and experience of the Magain team is above the rest. The next time I look to sell a property, my first and only call will be to David.

David Hams is a very professional and knowledgeable person within the Real Estate field. Justin & I were impressed by his sales knowledge of the area, but it was his honesty that made our decision to go with Magain an easy one. He has exceptional back up staff in the office that oversee all aspects of the sale and the communication was very important to us, which was great. We would highly recommend him to our family and friends if they were in the need for an Agent in the future. Kind regards Justin & Lynn Bissi

We found David personable, professional and easy to get along with - he marketed the property well and saw 44 families through our home in the first open, received 5 offers and sold within a week. David also negotiated the purchase of our new property which saved us a lot of headaches. We would recommend David and his team to sell your home without reservation.

We can't recommend Magain Real Estste highly enough. After a long, drawn out campaign with another agent with no result, we called upon David Hams with Angela Pitman at Magain. By this stage we had relocated interstate. David reassured us he would sell the house with minimal stress. He was true to his word - he didn't play on our emotions and fill us with empty promises he simply got the job done and done well. We received a lot of interest in our home.  As a result we got a great offer and quick settlement and a really happy buyer. Angela too was instrumental in maintaining contact with us throughout inspections and prospective buyer liaison. This all helped us so much especially being so far away as we entrusted the sale of our much-loved home and the security of our future in such professionals' hands. If we return to SA we will always go back to David and Angela and Magain to purchase and/or sell any property. You should too!

David was very professional in his approach, explained the whole sales and marketing spiel clearly did not pressure us at any stage. David listened to our request for continuous communication which was most important to us. We appreciated David's feedback on house presentation and buyers comments. Open inspections were communicated well in advance and feedback was immidiate after an open. We would also like to say David's assistant Angela was very efficient and they make a successful team.

We were very pleased with both David and Angela, who were always prompt, efficient and friendly. Phone queries were attended to quickly, we never felt that any question was too trivial. David was very supportive during times of personal stress and our journey selling our property.

Outstanding service, sold on first inspection and made everything easy without any stress of selling my house

David made selling our house easy I would highly recommend him to anyone selling their home and would recommend that they take his advice as he does know his job.

Having sold several properties in the past, we found David to be the best agent we have worked with by far. His negotiating skills were exemplary and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. For us it was a completely non stressful experience. Thank you David.

We met David through our association with the local Willunga football club. My wife and I were very impressed with how he intended to market our property. After our initial meeting we were sure that we had chosen the best person to market our property. His attention to detail and help in the presentation of our home resulted in a sale in 4 weeks. A really excellent outcome.
