We commissioned Charlie to pick up the pieces after another agent and she delivered. There was a budget to meet, time pressures and a Tennant we feel, that had taken her lessons from the devil himself. Charlie took the challenge on with both hands, did not look back and got a result. She communicates concisely and frequently. She follows a process to move the buyers through a process, one of which I recognised from past sales training. If there is one criticism I have of Charlie, she does not "sugar coat things" and says it as it is. In this case it was a strength that I appreciated.
