To sell a property you need to have realistic, factual information about how a sale of your property is likely to happen. Charlie was able to provide this advice in the first instance and was quick to adjust to the situation as the sale progressed. She only did the advertising which we thought appropriate for the property and its location. Negotiations with prospective purchases were carried out effectively and enabled a sale to be made.
