Charlie was great from start to finish, will be recommending her to my family and friends.

She was extremely helpful and did all follow ups as things progressed throughout the sale. We were out of state buyers and were not there for any of the process so Charlie took care of all the necessary things for us. It helped a lot.

Very happy with Charlie as our agent.

Very happy with result achieved every time from Charlie

We recently sold our house in East Maitland. Charlie, our agent, was professional, organised, efficient and friendly. She provided us with great advice, was available to answer questions and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Great communication. Highly recommended

Wouldn't sell my house with any other agent than Charlie. She made everything easy and stress free... Thank you again so much Charlie

Good morning, We would like to pass on my pleasure in dealing with River Realty, in particular Charlie and Tori, in selling our property 35/22 Molly Morgan Dr East Maitland at the end of 2014. This is our second dealing with Charlie after buying a property in 2013. Charlie and Tori both displayed professionalism making the entire sales experience a delight, going above and beyond to ensure the process ran smoothly. The knowledge and experience that Charlie brings to the table with regard to real estate market and sales is extraordinary. Our future real estate dealings will be with this dynamic and complimenting team while we constantly recommend them to family, friends and colleagues who are looking at buying or selling in the area. Many thanks, Adam & Elise

We commissioned Charlie to pick up the pieces after another agent and she delivered. There was a budget to meet, time pressures and a Tennant we feel, that had taken her lessons from the devil himself. Charlie took the challenge on with both hands, did not look back and got a result. She communicates concisely and frequently. She follows a process to move the buyers through a process, one of which I recognised from past sales training. If there is one criticism I have of Charlie, she does not "sugar coat things" and says it as it is. In this case it was a strength that I appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Charlie to others.

Charlie was an excellent agent and made selling our house a pleasant and easy journey I would recommend her to anybody wanting 5 star service when selling there house...

Highly recommend Charlie Lund! Sold our house in 2 weeks for a price we were very happy with. Amazing results that reflect her experience and knowledge.

Very happy with the outcome in choosing Charlie Lund. I highly recommend her to anyone buying and or selling. Her years of experience and knowledge in the area was a great benefit throughout the process and gave us confidence in our choice of agent.
