The family found Emma and started using her property services for our father’s apartment through their newly formed Western Suburbs office of Realmark in the mid-2013. A period of dramatic drop in rental activity. Emma managed to find a good tenant which lasted some 2-1/2 years. Around this time our father passed away and in the subsequent months Adam and Emma found a buyer for the property.
