A Professional and Fully Engaged Agent

Adam Gilbert paid great attention to our needs and successfully facilitated and negotiated linked transactions in selling our home and buying our new home. He brought us an unlisted opportunity to buy in a location in which we had previously shown interest and advised on the sale of our house. We appreciated Annie's assistance in styling our house for sale, at modest expense, and the team was successful in gaining an early sale. Adam engaged in a complex arrangement of a lease for the sellers to allow us to finally settle purchase of the property. At all times he was attentive to detail, kept us fully informed on the state of play and was diligent and persistent in delivering on our needs. We appreciated his immediate feedback particularly after the home open and his assessment of the prevailing market conditions. Great Agent

Adam was amazing in helping us secure our dream home. He worked above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for the sale, and also helped us negotiate with the sellers with regards to purchasing some of the furniture in the house. I would highly recommend Adam and will definitely use him for any further real estate dealings.

Rental of my father's property

The family found Emma and started using her property services for our father’s apartment through their newly formed Western Suburbs office of Realmark in the mid-2013. A period of dramatic drop in rental activity. Emma managed to find a good tenant which lasted some 2-1/2 years. Around this time our father passed away and in the subsequent months Adam and Emma found a buyer for the property. Both Adam and Emma Gilbert kept striving to achieve our goals be they rental or sales and know their respective market.

They sold our well-loved family home in 3 short weeks. We felt completely comfortable with them from the initial consult right through to the final day of auction. Emma & Adam gave us sound professional advice, excellent feedback & friendly support throughout the sales period. They obviously thought outside the box with their marketing strategies. Their auction-day execution was very impressive with a (free) coffee cart to attendees, music and a marquee. Our friends that turned up to support were very impressed. So were the potential buyers. Our advice to others trying to sell: -You don’t need an agent from your neighbourhood to sell your property. If they are professional, they do the necessary research of your area. -You want agents that are professional & with compassion.
