What can I say, Jess is an absolute star of an agent. Jess assisted us last minute to view a property that she had not even moved to market yet. She worked with our tight schedule on our interstate trip to get us through, negotiate and have the deal closed before we left Townsville. Jess was fair, professional and knowledgeable not and agent who is pushy and makes you instantly uncomfortable. If you are looking to buy or sell in Townsville I wouldn’t bother with anyone else other than Jess.

Net listing had accurate details, the images where not photo shopped and the property looked better at inspection. Also as it had been decades since I had purchased a property Jess who took me around was so knowledgeable , my solicitor said it was one of the best contracts she had seen and wish all agents were like this.
