Lachlan was helpful, kept me informed and negotiated a good price with the buyers. However, I found having to negotiate the commission difficult especially as I did not see why I should have to pay a higher commission because my unit wasnt worth a lot.

Lauchlan was brilliant to work with! He assisted us with preparing the house for sale and throughout the campaign. We received weekly reports during the campaign and he always answered our calls when we had queries. He consulted with us at each step along the way.
