I have been fortunate to have Lauchlan sell four properties for me. Every interaction is positive, professional and friendly. I would definitely seek Lauchlan's help again, as I know I'd be in very capable hands.

We sold our apartment with Lauchlan at Hockingstuart for a great price. We were extremely happy with Lauchlan's knowledge of the market, professionalism and friendliness. The whole process (including the auction) was incredibly smooth, and stress free. I cannot recommend him enough.

Lauchlan Waterfield and James Annett assisted us in selling our first home, with the result far exceeding our expectations. The advice, guidance and feedback provided throughout the campaign was excellent and we thoroughly appreciate all their hard work and effort in helping us achive such a great result. Although I wasn't at the auction myself i had fantastic feedback about Lauchlan's presence on the day and ability to engage the crowd. I personally liked the fact that they weren't overly pushy and very personable compared to some other agents.

Lauchlan was very professional and personable, providing good advice, regularly keeping us informed of progress, and helping to ensure that we achieved a very satisfying outcome.

Lauchlan kept us informed at every point of the sale process. His knowledge of the market and advice were excellent, he was straightforward and honest about our prospects, and on the auction day he delivered a great result as auctioneer. We would recommend him without hesitation to any prospective clients.

I never met Lauchlan in person. I interview and communicated with potential agents on the phone because I live in Sydney and the property I was selling was in Melbourne. I was also 8.5 months pregnant. Between the 3 agents I was in contact, Lauchlan stood out. He was very proactive and honest. A rare trait in the property selling business I feel as I had previous bad experience before. Lauchlan is very personable, professional and helpful. If you want an agent you can trust and like and buyers to trust and like them, do not hesitate to speak to Lauchlan.

This is the second time we've used Hocking Stuart to sell a property for us by Auction. Both properties sold for much more than we dared to dream was possible! It was great to have Lauchlan Waterfield working for us again. His communication skills and attention to detail through out the marketing campaign was excellent. At the open for inspections I could see that Lauchlan had built up a rapport with many of the potential buyers who came through the property. The auction was a sensation! Lauchlan took controll of the crowd right from the start and kept the bidding going strongly. The seriousness of the auction was interspersed with humor and with his knowledge of the area. The awesome result was that Lauchlan sold the property for much much more than our reserve price. We would definitely use Lauchlan again to sell a property for us and do thoroughly recommend him to anyone planning to sell a property. Yours sincerely Romair Vanderriet

Lauchlan is an agent that stands out as an absolute professional. His listening & communication skills are first class. In my dealings with Lauchlan I found him to be pro active but not over powering. At every stage of the sales campaign he was able to concisely articulate buyer interest & likely outcomes.

I’m glad I went with Lauchlan Waterfield for the campaign. The record result for a one bedroom property in that block speaks for itself. My property was always within the top few search results during each week of the campaign on realestate.com.au and I think that made a huge difference. I can’t fault anything about the process from the photographer to the feedback from interested buyers. I can assure you that if I buy or sell again Lauchlan will be the first to know about it.

We'd been looking to buy a house for 9 months, so when it came time to sell our apartment had a good understanding of the agents in our area and chose Lauchlan due to his communication skills, genuine nature and rapport. We engaged Lauchlan just prior to Christmas with a view to a Feb campaign. We ended up selling 2 days prior to Christmas to the third party that came through and after holding steady, they made an offer we couldn't refuse. Lauchlan then worked tirelessly through the Christmas / New Years period, including a call on New Years Day to ensure all the documents were in place to enable an end of January settlement. I'd highly recommend Lauchlan.

Lauchlan Waterfield was extremely professional with an outstanding knowledge of his craft. He was very personable with a good sense of humour and the ability to talk on a variety of issues and experiences. He made us feel important and kept us informed at all times. He gave us good advice and guidance which developed a trusting environment. We found Lauchlan to be a very nice young man.

Third property that Lauchlan has handled for our family, always with a very successful result. Would not hesitate to reccomend him, lovely manner yet very professional.
