Matt was very professional and was very quick with all his paper work and getting the house on the market as soon as possible. We had a very sort period of time we needed the house sold in due to other commitments and matt made it happen. Was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use him again.
I would recommend Matt to anyone, he has been a true superstar in selling our lovely home. He has been in constant touch with us every step of the way. A real breath of fresh air. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was just a delight to deal with. (makes a change)! Thank you again Matt for everything. Good Luck - and very best wishes.
Matt was a pleasure to deal with. He dealt handled my offer in a professional manner and always kept me informed. I enjoyed the experience and I have no hesitation in recommending Matt as an agent.
Matt was great, one of the things I was concerned about was not being informed of what was happening during the sale of my property - and Matt listened to that and made sure he let me know updates whenever possible and even when there was no news or small news. Went above and beyond helping me out in the purchase of a property during the same time! really appreciate your help and definitely recommend.
No fuss, no pressure, no empty promises, no hassles. This is what I found Matt Phillips was about. Matt just seemed to get on with the job quickly and honestly. I highly recommend Matt and Image Property for a streamlined sale for your property.
Matt is a an honest, hard working agent. His work ethics and market knowledge is unparalleled. I would recommend dealing with Matt to anyone who is interested in finding a safe pair of hands when buying or selling property. Thanks Matt for making the process as easy and painless as possible.
From start to finish our selling experience with Matt was easy and stress free! He kept us well informed and we will be using him again in the future without hesitation.
I really enjoyed dealing with Matt in purchasing my townhouse. Having dealt with several agents in the past I must say I found Matt honest and helpful and no question was too difficult for him to investigate for me regarding my purchase. All the best in the future Matt!
Matt from Image was professional and easy to work with from ourfirst interaction. Moving fast to show interest in and to secure our business, then providing clear and constant information and feedback on the sale process, which kept our minds at ease and distressed the experience. Matt managed to increase the initial offer resulting in a sale in less than 30 days from go to market - Thanks Matt! :)
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Mathew from 'Image Property' during a recent purchase. Mathew's skills, knowledge and attitude competently guided me through the buying process.
