We approached Susan about a year prior to the actual time we put out house on the market. We approached Susan as she was known as a Claremont specialist and knew our area well. Susan was very generous with her time and advice even though it was not a guaranteed listed at the time. She advised us well on what was required to bring the house to market and the timing of bringing it to market. Closer to the suggested market time, she was informative of the current market conditions and realistic in her advice.
