We approached Susan about a year prior to the actual time we put out house on the market. We approached Susan as she was known as a Claremont specialist and knew our area well. Susan was very generous with her time and advice even though it was not a guaranteed listed at the time. She advised us well on what was required to bring the house to market and the timing of bringing it to market.
