Tim Heavyside and his team were very helpful and supportive with the sale of our property. They did a wonderfull job with what could only be described as a very different type of property and not to mention a hard to deal with purchaser. We also would like to give a special thank you to Tim's PA, Allison, for feeding our cats in the morning so we could go house hunting over night.

Tim has sold two properties for us and we have been exceptionally happy with Tim's performance during both campaigns. Tim possesses excellent local market knowledge and provides very accurate property appraisals. His talent as an auctioneer has to be seen to be believed. Tim presents himself very confidently and has a wonderful way of interacting with the crowd. We are very pleased with the outcomes of both our property sales and this is a direct result of Tim's experience, expertise and knowledge. We would not hesitate to recommend Tim to others.

Hi Tim, My wife and I would like to say thank you for your professionalism throughout the campaign. We're happy with the outcome. Thanks again, Joey &.Lucy
