Thank you personally for the excellent way you handled the bidders at the auction. I have not seen such consideration shown previously. I am confident it was a major factor in assisting them satisfy their motivations - the only valid indicator of value. The result on Saturday was extraordinary indeed and most unexpected. By my calculations there were around 250 people present at the auction which lasted around 45 minutes with Tim exercising uncommon patience to ensure the last reserves were used to purchase the property by ‘the winners’. I counted 114 bids, the majority in $1,000 increments and even some at $500 after a very strong start at close to the reserve price. Both the co-vendor and I are delighted with the result for the Estate and would certainly engage Tim and his team again without hesitation.
