We selected Tim from several possible agents that we observed auctioning houses in our area. Tim (and his team) were observed to treat all potential buyers equally and fairly compared to many other agents. Tim was both knowledgeable about housing and trends in our area and willing to share this knowledge with us as potential buyers and ultimately a seller.
