We chose Tim and his team at Fletchers to handle the sale of another Balwyn North property recently and therefore had no hesitation in trusting them to look after the sale of our family home. Once again, Tim orchestrated a flawless campaign and conducted an auctioneers masterclass which delivered another great result for us.
We wish to thank Tim, the team and Fletchers for a very successful auction on 13 June, 2015. The attention to detail and constant contact during the pre-sale period was done with courtesy and military precision. Again our thanks.
We selected Tim from several possible agents that we observed auctioning houses in our area. Tim (and his team) were observed to treat all potential buyers equally and fairly compared to many other agents. Tim was both knowledgeable about housing and trends in our area and willing to share this knowledge with us as potential buyers and ultimately a seller. During our auction process, Tim attended all the open days and together with his team kept us up to date on what was happening throughout the process up to auction day. We had done our homework and had an idea of our property's potential value before approaching several agents and Tim. Tim came back with a realistic auction value, in line with our expectations, which was not the case with the others. We would highly recommend Tim and his team to anyone considering selling and should we need to move again we would use Tim again.
When we decided to sell our home, Tim was our first choice for an agent. He knows the market, the area we lived in and we had seen him achieve great results at other auctions. He was with us through the whole process and we achieved the result we wanted. I would definitely recommend Tim and his agency.
The team at Fletchers were fantastic in handling the sale of my property. Throughout the campaign the level of service I received was second to none. An outstanding auction result was achieved by Tim Heavyside. Thank you again to Tim and the team at Fletchers.
Tim Heavyside and his team are very professional and we have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. They kept us briefed right through the marketing of our father's home. They turned out a huge crowd on auction day and there were a number of serious buyers amongst them. It was a very favourable result. We are thrilled. Our father is still stunned with the outcome. Thank you Tim and Albert.
After employing Fletchers to sell our property last year we had no hesitation to ring Tim and sign him up to sell anothet property of ours which got a great result on the weekend. He has a great team working with him. If your thinking of selling definitely consider Fletchets. - Stuart -Surrey Hills

Tim and his team were friendly, reliable and professional at every stage of the process. Everything was attended to in a calm yet efficient manner. Tim communicated with us clearly and honestly and negotiated a wonderful final result. We highly recommend him to anyone selling their property.
We thank Tim and Team Heavyside for the great job selling our home recently with a solid auction program. The team had a great mix in it, which complimented one another and displayed many attributes including a great eye for detail, excellence, commitment and passion. We saw in action a well-oiled machine with all the elements of success. With everything that Tim and the team brought to the table there were record numbers in attendance and no stone was left unturned. There was no doubt in our minds that the best possible price was achieved in this seamless campaign. We thank you again for all your efforts!
I am impressed by Tim Heavyside's professionalism. He offered me his detailed and valuable analysis about the property market. The team formed around him was very strong. Because of the close cooperation between Tim and us, we eventually achieved a very satisfactory result.
I witnessed how Tim performed as an auctioneer and how he attended to enquiries from first time contacts, and I was very impressed. One year later in Feb 2015 my wife and I invited him to sell our property in Doncaster East. Our house was sold in less than 2.5 weeks by Tim. The whole process was very smooth and the outcome is exceptionally pleasing to all parties concerned. We strongly recommend Tim to both prospective vendors and purchasers!
