Liz and her team at NGU are outstanding I recommend Liz highly whether you are a tenant or a landlord, the staff are polite, friendly, professional, respectful, helpful they were extremely efficient I've heard horror stories over the years of tenants dreading their routine inspections with other RE companies I actually looked forward to my inspections I cannot recommend their business and staff highly enough Thankyou very much to the whole team at NGU Brassall office I gave a rating of 10 stars, 5 for NGU 5 for Liz

William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.
