Liz and her team at NGU are outstanding I recommend Liz highly whether you are a tenant or a landlord, the staff are polite, friendly, professional, respectful, helpful they were extremely efficient I've heard horror stories over the years of tenants dreading their routine inspections with other RE companies I actually looked forward to my inspections I cannot recommend their business and staff highly enough Thankyou very much to the whole team at NGU Brassall office I gave a rating of 10 stars, 5 for NGU 5 for Liz

Lisa did a great job screening clients and also advise regards to items to take care reg maintenance etc. The property was not vacant very long due to efficient handling of screening applications after inspections.
