Special mention to Olivia who help secure this property and taking care of us, to Georga for taking over and making sure our needs and requests were met. To Tom and Rylee for our inspections and warm interactions. With every encounter we always felt a genuine connection and always treated with professionalism and the highest form of duty and care. We truly enjoyed our time at this property and will miss our beautiful neighbours John & Dorothy in Unit 1. We hope the new tenants enjoy their home as much as we did. Working with Olivia and Larissa has been an absolute pleasure! Larissa's knowledge and agent insights into the real estate market gave us confidence in our investment. Both ladies went above and beyond, making the real estate process smooth and stress-free. Olivia has been the best property manager. She is very informative with market rental trends, ways to improve the property to make it more visually appealing to new tenants. Given JM and sons are in Kalgoorlie and we live in Victoria they make it feel like we are much closer. Recently they coordinated the painting and new flooring for one of our rentals that we have had with them for 20 years. the outcome was great and they organised the trades to do it quickly. It has resulted in a $200 per week rent increase.
