Overview of Somerville, WA, 6430

Elite Choice Kalgoorlie were incredibly helpful with leasing my property. They provided extensive advice, clear information, and ongoing support throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and guidance made everything seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management team.

Communication amazing

Elite Choice Real Estate provided exceptional promptness and assistance throughout my application process. Their responsiveness, helpfulness, and positive attitude were truly commendable. The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and professionalism. Additionally, I was greatly impressed by the thoughtful gesture of the small move-in gift.

Given JM and sons are in Kalgoorlie and we live in Victoria they make it feel like we are much closer. Recently they coordinated the painting and new flooring for one of our rentals that we have had with them for 20 years. the outcome was great and they organised the trades to do it quickly. It has resulted in a $200 per week rent increase.

Hands down the team at JMS are the best in town from the sales team to the property managers , we have tried others over the years and nobody compares Keep up the great work

Highly recommend their services
