To Tom and Rylee for our inspections and warm interactions. With every encounter we always felt a genuine connection and always treated with professionalism and the highest form of duty and care. We truly enjoyed our time at this property and will miss our beautiful neighbours John & Dorothy in Unit 1. We hope the new tenants enjoy their home as much as we did. Given JM and sons are in Kalgoorlie and we live in Victoria they make it feel like we are much closer. Recently they coordinated the painting and new flooring for one of our rentals that we have had with them for 20 years. the outcome was great and they organised the trades to do it quickly. It has resulted in a $200 per week rent increase.

Hands down the team at JMS are the best in town from the sales team to the property managers , we have tried others over the years and nobody compares Keep up the great work
