I’ve now been with Your Haven Realty for my second year managing the rental of my property, and I’ve been really pleased with their service. They’ve made the whole process incredibly convenient and straightforward, with great communication and very little for me to worry about. The team is professional, responsive and reliable, and it’s reassuring knowing my property is being well looked after. Having Your Haven Realty manage everything has made being a landlord so much easier and more convenient. I’d happily recommend Your Haven Realty to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management team.

Highly recommended Best agent we’ve used for managing our properties.

I recently worked with this small real estate agency, and I couldn’t be more impressed. With a continuous level of professionalism and organisation was truly exceptional. Every step of the process was handled with care, clarity, and attention to detail, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The team is incredibly reliable—you can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in delivering high-quality service. They were always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and ensure I felt supported throughout the entire journey. What really sets this agency apart is their friendly and approachable staff. They create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel more like a valued partner than just a customer. If you’re looking for a real estate agency that combines expertise with a personal touch, I highly recommend this one. An absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end!

We didn't get the first place we looked at, but the team at Ray White Forest Lake listened to our needs and kept us updated on new rentals coming up. This led to finding a great place in the desired location; after that, the team was very helpful and concise, making the move a breeze.

Frankie and his team was very professional and guided us since day one. It was our first time and we had no idea where to start but Frankie and his team made it very simple and explained everything.

I have been extremely impressed with the level of service, professionalism and genuine care shown by Crowne Real Estate Ipswich, particularly Emerence, who recently secured a tenant for my investment property in Hillcrest. Emerence was fantastic throughout the entire process — responsive, knowledgeable, proactive and always keeping me informed. What really stands out, however, is that this isn't just a one-off experience; the team continues to provide exceptional ongoing support and management across all of my investment properties held with them. I have complete confidence knowing my properties are being looked after properly and that any issues or questions are dealt with promptly and professionally. Emerence in particular has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, and her communication and commitment to achieving the best outcome for me as a landlord have been outstanding. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Crowne Real Estate Ipswich and Emerence to anyone looking for a property management team they can genuinely trust.

Our property manager is Emerence Jonker. She managed our property with a different agency many years ago, and we hunted her down after becoming disgruntled with said previous agency. Emerance's property management knowledge is second-to-none, as is her awareness of the rental market in the Ipswich area. She attends to any property issues without delay and with the minimum amount of disruption to our tennants. We trust her implicitly with our property. She is supported by a strong team at Crowne Real Estate.

Emerance and the team are incredibly attentive and responsive to all my property management needs. Loving the service so far and look forward to continuing to work with them. :)
