In particular in recent times both Prue and Isla have been able to facillitate a very smooth transition from one tennant to another with just enough time between tennants to freshen the property whilst losing a minimal amount of rent. Most importantly though we know our investment is regularly checked with an eye for detail and no stinting on the standard required by both the tennants and ourselves to maintain good standards and relative happiness for all stake holders.
