Very responsive agent, Kate and Javen are doing everything possible to get us a smooth rental process. I had an excellent experience with my property rental agent in Brisbane. From the very beginning, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through every step of the rental process. Communication was always prompt and clear, and they went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that everything ran smoothly.

We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”.
